Nationwide deliveries will arrive in a branded UrbanStems box that has been designed to keep the delicate blooms safe in transit. Upon arrival, simply open the top and front flaps to remove the blooms. The box will have an envelope that will have an envelope containing care tips for your gift and a message from the sender!
If your order is going to an address within our local delivery zones, (Washington, D.C., New York City, and Los Angeles), your flowers may arrive in one of our signature poppy totes. The envelope containing care tips and the gift message will be carefully tucked into the front flap of the tote.
