IMPORTANT: Changes can only be made when your order is in “Order Received” status.
Once it moves into fulfillment, it cannot be edited. Click HERE for instructions on how to check your status.
You can request changes to your order two ways:
Request update via Web Form:
- Click HERE to contact us.
- Enter your full name and email address.
In the Subject dropdown menu, select “Order Updates.”
Add your message and specify your preferred delivery date.
For next day deliveries, changes cannot be made after 2pm EST.
For nationwide shipping orders, deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday only.
An agent will confirm your new delivery date within 24 hours.

Include your order number and preferred new delivery date in the email body.
