How do I check my order status?Updated 19 days ago

Your order status is always available on your account page.

  1. Log in at urbanstems.com/account/login.
  2. Your most recent order appears on your account dashboard
  3. To see all past orders, click the Orders tab at the top — you'll see each one with its current status

What each status means:

StatusWhat's happening
Order ReceivedWe have your order — changes are still possible
Packing Order
Being packed for shipping — changes no longer possible
Order FulfilledPacked and waiting for the carrier or delivery team
ShippedWith the carrier and on its way
DeliveredArrived at its destination
Delivery AttemptedA delivery attempt wasn't successful — check your tracking and email
CanceledOrder has been canceled


What if my status hasn't changed in a while?
Order statuses update as your order moves through fulfillment and shipping. Since we ship a perishable product overnight, most orders move from "Order Received" to "Shipped" the day before delivery. 

When to reach out:

  • Delivery Attempted that you don't understand → let us know
  • Canceled that you didn't request → let us know and we'll look into it

Otherwise, your status updates automatically — no need to check in.
