How do I check my order status?Updated 19 days ago
Your order status is always available on your account page.
- Log in at urbanstems.com/account/login.
- Your most recent order appears on your account dashboard
- To see all past orders, click the Orders tab at the top — you'll see each one with its current status
What each status means:
| Status | What's happening |
|---|---|
| Order Received | We have your order — changes are still possible |
| Packing Order | Being packed for shipping — changes no longer possible |
| Order Fulfilled | Packed and waiting for the carrier or delivery team |
| Shipped | With the carrier and on its way |
| Delivered | Arrived at its destination |
| Delivery Attempted | A delivery attempt wasn't successful — check your tracking and email |
| Canceled | Order has been canceled |
What if my status hasn't changed in a while?
Order statuses update as your order moves through fulfillment and shipping. Since we ship a perishable product overnight, most orders move from "Order Received" to "Shipped" the day before delivery.
When to reach out:
- Delivery Attempted that you don't understand → let us know
- Canceled that you didn't request → let us know and we'll look into it
Otherwise, your status updates automatically — no need to check in.
