In short, once you have an UrbanStems account, you earn points by placing orders on site. $1.00 spent equals 1 point in your account. Once you&#x2019;ve accumulated enough points, you can redeem them for dollars off your next purchase or for special gifts with your purchase.&#xA0;
100 points earns you $5.00 off your next order, 200 points earns you $10.00 off, and so on!&#xA0;
The difference between Loyalty Points and Credits is two-fold. First, you can earn Loyalty Points at any time by placing orders on our site while Credits are a non-fungible currency that we sometimes offer to customers to apologize for a misstep.
