In short, once you have an UrbanStems account, you earn points by placing orders on site. $1.00 spent equals 1 point in your account. Once you’ve accumulated enough points, you can redeem them for dollars off your next purchase or for special gifts with your purchase. 

100 points earns you $5.00 off your next order, 200 points earns you $10.00 off, and so on! 

The difference between Loyalty Points and Credits is two-fold. First, you can earn Loyalty Points at any time by placing orders on our site while Credits are a non-fungible currency that we sometimes offer to customers to apologize for a misstep. Also, credits are meant to help customers place new orders if there was an issue with a previous order. Loyalty Points are a reward system and a way for us to say “Thank you for sending flowers with UrbanStems!”
