I forgot to apply my promo code at checkout. Can I still use it?Updated 15 days ago

Maybe — if you reach out quickly, we can often apply a missed code after the fact. Here's how it works:

Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at [email protected] and share the code you meant to use. A team member will take a look, and if the code was valid for your order, we'll refund you the discount amount.

What to include when you reach out:

  • Your order number
  • The promo code you meant to apply

We'll email you either way — with confirmation and the refund amount if we can apply it, or with an explanation if the code doesn't qualify for your order (for example, if it's expired, excluded certain items in your cart, or can't be combined with another discount already applied).

A few things worth knowing:

  • Only one promo code per order, even after the fact. If you already used a different code at checkout, we won't be able to swap it for a second one.
  • Loyalty Points can't be combined with promo codes or other discounts.
  • Subscriptions, wreaths, peonies, and orders containing partnership items (wine, Levain cookies, Brightland olive oil, Roe Caviar, Boarderie charcuterie, and Vosges Haut Chocolat) are excluded from discounts.
