Log in to your account at http://urbanstems.com/login
Click on “Subscriptions” at the top left of the page.
Select the active subscription you wish to update.
IMPORTANT: Updates can be done up to 7 days before your next scheduled delivery while the order is in “We’ve Got Your Order” status
Pause or Reschedule Delivery:
Click “reschedule,” choose a new date, and save changes.
Update Delivery Address:
Click “edit” next to the address, enter the new address, and save.
Change Card Message:
Click “edit” by the message, type your new message, decide if it's for all future deliveries or just the next one, and save.
Change Payment Method:
Click “edit” by payment method, enter new card details, and save.
Cancelling Your Subscription:
Ongoing Subscriptions:
Cancel via the “subscriptions” section in your account. Click “cancel subscription” and follow prompts.
Prepaid (Fixed) Subscriptions:
Email care@urbanstems.com with the email address used for the subscription to request cancellation.
