Hand-delivered orders will not receive automated ‘Out for Delivery’ email notifications. You will receive a delivery confirmation once the order has been delivered.
You can find your tracking number in two places:
Your Account Dashboard: Simply log into your account here: urbanstems.com/login and then click “View” next to the words “Order History” near the top of the page. Each order will display its current status, and orders for nationwide delivery will display a tracking number the evening before your delivery date. Click the tracking number and you’ll be redirected to a tracking page with real-time scan updates for that order.
Your Tracking Email: You will receive a tracking email the evening before your scheduled delivery date (Pro-tip: the sending email will end with @getconvey.com; be sure to check your Spam or Trash folders and whitelist the email address in any email filters). The tracking email will contain a tracking number (linked to a tracking page where you can check delivery status and scan updates). You can also sign up for email and text notifications on this tracking page.
