Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all orders are shipped overnight or same-day in local markets (NYC, Boston, Dallas, Los Angeles, Chicago, and DC). You will not receive a tracking number until your order is shipped (likely not until after 6 PM the day before your delivery or day of for hand deliveries) — as long as your delivery date is correct in our system — your flowers are on their way!
If it is past your delivery date and your order hasn’t arrived as planned, start by checking the tracking status from your carrier.

For Shipped Orders or Hand Delivery in New York, L.A., and D.C:

Navigate to the “Orders” tab to see recent orders and their current statuses
Click on your tracking number to get the most recent scan of your order
For Hand Delivery in Chicago, Atlanta, Miami, Dallas & Boston:
- Please note that deliveries in these cities are handled by a third‑party courier, so we’re unable to provide tracking updates once orders are in transit.
