How do I track my order?Updated 19 days ago

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link — usually the evening before your delivery date (typically after 8 PM). You can also find tracking on your UrbanStems account page once the carrier has your package.

Standard overnight orders: 
Orders ship overnight with FedEx, OnTrac, CDL, or UPS. Your tracking link arrives by email the evening before delivery; all tracking updates come directly from the carrier after that.

Same-day delivery (NYC, Boston, Dallas, Los Angeles, Chicago, and DC):
Tracking appears only after the courier picks up your order on the day of delivery. There's no evening-before email for same-day orders — updates come on the delivery day itself.

What if I don't see tracking yet?

  • Before the evening of the day before your delivery? That's normal — tracking typically doesn't appear until after 8 PM the night before.
  • Same-day order, tracking hasn't appeared? That's also normal — courier pickup happens on the delivery day itself.
  • If the "Track Order" button isn't on your account page, your order hasn't shipped yet. It'll appear once the package is with the carrier.

When to reach out: If your delivery date has passed and your order hasn't arrived, let us know and we'll help figure out what's going on.
