Due to the perishable nature of our flowers, all orders are shipped overnight or via same-day courier delivery.
Overnight Shipments (via FedEx, UPS, OnTrac, CDL): You will receive a tracking email by 10 PM ET the evening before your scheduled delivery date.
Same-Day Hand Delivery (available in NYC, Boston, Dallas, Los Angeles, Chicago, and DC): You will receive a notification upon delivery. Tracking updates are available only after the courier picks up your order on the delivery day.
How to Find Your Tracking Number
Log in to your account and visit the “Overview” tab.
Your most recent order appears under “Recent Orders.” Click “Track Your Order” next to it for details.

For other orders, go to the “Orders” tab. A “Track Your Order” button will appear once tracking is active.
Your Tracking Email
For shipped orders, you will receive an email the night before delivery that contains your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page for live updates. The carrier's tracking page will continue to update as it moves through their system.
Important Notes
- A tracking number is assigned only after your order is with the carrier. If your order has not yet shipped, the “Track Order” button will not be visible.
- For the most current delivery status, always use the tracking link provided by the carrier.
