Prepaid and Gift Subscriptions cannot be canceled or refunded. No product exchanges are accepted.
NOTE: Due to the nature of our product, refunds & cancellations depend on the timing of your claim. Under our terms and conditions orders are final and non-refundable, except for damage reported within 72 hours of delivery (non-peonies) and within 5 days of delivery for peonies.
