A quick note on wine & partnership items:
Wine orders are final. Due to state and local laws, we’re unable to make adjustments, change addresses, or cancel the wine portion of an order once it’s placed. Other specialty items (Levain Cookies, Caviar, Brightland Olive Oil) fulfilled through our partners cannot be updated once placed, and all sales are final. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know so we can work with you to make things right.

NOTE: Due to the nature of our product, resolutions depend on the timing of your claim. Under our terms, orders are final and non-refundable, except for damage reported within 72 hours of delivery (non-peonies) and within 5 days of delivery for peonies. Photos of the quality issue are required.
