My flowers arrived damaged or don't look right — what should I do?Updated 10 days ago
If there's a quality issue, we'll make it right — just let us know within 3 days of delivery.
First, a quick check. Our bouquets ship dry on purpose, which means a fresh bouquet can look a little tired right out of the box. After trimming the stems and 12 hours in fresh water, a healthy bouquet should perk up and look full.
Normal arrival, especially with summer temps (should resolve with water):
- Stems dry but firm
- Blooms tight or slightly tired-looking
- Leaves slightly dehydrated
Quality issues (won't resolve with water):
- Stems mushy, discolored, or broken
- Blooms brown or wilted beyond rehydration
- Visible mold, mildew, or a bad smell
- Bouquet hasn't recovered after trimming and 12+ hours in water
If you experience an issue, report it within 3 days of delivery. We need the reporting window because flowers are perishable.
Have ready:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the quality concern
- A brief note on what's wrong
A team member will respond within a few hours.
What if my bouquet looked fine at first but didn't last?
Normal vase life is 5-7 days, and some varieties last longer. If your bouquet went downhill much faster than that, reach out within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.
