First, a quick check. Did you receive an email from us about an upgrade or substitution? Occasionally, a specific flower variety doesn't make the harvest, and when that happens, we swap in an alternative of equal or greater value and email you to let you know — so your order still arrives on time rather than short or late. If you got one of those emails (check your spam folder too), it may explain what you're seeing.
If there was no substitution email, or if something still looks wrong, we'll make it right. Pick the path that matches your situation:
- Something's missing — an add-on, a vase, or an entire bouquet didn't arrive → Report a missing item
- Wrong item — what arrived isn't what you ordered, and no substitution email was sent → Report a wrong item
- Flower Quality - the bouquet looks right, but is missing a few important stems from the website photo → Report a product quality issue
