How to Start a Subscription for a Specific Bouquet

Do you have a favorite arrangement that you can't get enough of? UrbanStems now offers subscriptions for specific arrangements, allowing you to subscribe to specific bouquets for repeated deliveries right to your doorstep. Follow this guide to easily set up a subscription for your favorite bouquet.

Step 1: Choose Your Bouquet

You can now subscribe to specific bouquets. Each bouquet is available in three size options: Single, Double, and Triple* including:

The Firecracker
The Satin
The Margot (*only available in Single or Double size)
The Peace
The Unicorn
The First Date

Step 2: Select Subscription Type

Once you have chosen your bouquet, navigate to the “Subscribe & Save 10%” section on the product page. You will have two subscription options:

Pay-As-You-Go: A flexible subscription where you are charged per delivery. You can cancel anytime, and every order includes free shipping.
Pre-Paid Subscription: Choose between 3 sends or 6 sends with free shipping included.

Step 3: Choose Your Delivery Frequency

You can select how often you’d like to receive your bouquet:

Every 2 weeks
Every 4 weeks

Step 4: Add to Cart and Checkout

Once you have selected your bouquet size, subscription type, and delivery frequency, click “Add to Bag”.
Proceed to checkout and complete your purchase.

Note: Only one subscription is allowed per order. If you wish to subscribe to multiple bouquets, you will need to complete separate transactions.

Managing Your Subscription

You can modify your delivery schedule, update your address, or pause your subscription by accessing your UrbanStems Subscription Portal. (Check out our article — Managing Your Subscription)
Changes to your subscription can be made from 10 days to 7 days before your next scheduled delivery.
