How do I track my order?Updated 6 hours ago
We’ll email you a tracking link once it’s available. You can also check tracking in your UrbanStems account:
- Sign in at account.urbanstems.com and select Orders.
- Select the order you’d like to track.
- Find the tracking number under your delivery date and select it to see carrier updates. Updates appear once our shipping partner scans your package.
Standard Overnight Orders
Orders ship overnight with FedEx, OnTrac, CDL, or UPS. Your tracking email usually arrives the evening before your delivery date.
A tracking number may appear in your account while your order still shows Confirmed. This is normal. It means your order has been prepared and is waiting for courier pickup, so online changes are no longer available. Carrier updates begin once the package is picked up and scanned.
Same-Day Delivery
For same-day delivery in NYC, Boston, Dallas, Los Angeles, Chicago, and DC, tracking becomes available after the courier picks up your order on delivery day. Same-day orders don’t receive an evening-before tracking email. Updates arrive on the delivery day itself.
What if I Don’t See Tracking Yet?
- Before the evening before delivery: Tracking may not be available yet. For standard overnight orders, we’ll email your tracking link the evening before delivery.
- Same-day orders: Tracking appears after courier pickup on delivery day.
- Tracking number is there, but no movement: Your package may be waiting for pickup or its first carrier scan. Check back for updates.
Need to Update Your Order?
Open your order in your account and look for Manage your order, or visit Manage your Order with your order number and delivery ZIP code. Depending on your order’s status, you may be able to update the delivery address, gift note, or delivery date.
If you see “This order is being prepared,” our florists have started on your arrangement, so online changes are closed.
When Should I Contact Care?
If your delivery date has passed and your order hasn’t arrived, contact our Care Team and we’ll help look into it.
