How Can I Change the Tier of My Subscription Plan?Updated 21 hours ago

If you'd like to change the tier of your subscription (for example, you want to upgrade from a Seasonal to a Luxe plan), we'll cancel your original subscription, and then ask you to purchase a new plan. 

All you need to do is log in to your UrbanStems account page. Once you've logged in, navigate to the “Subscriptions” tab under the “My Account” portion of the page, which will redirect you to your Subscriptions Pane. Once there, you will see all your active, recurring subscriptions.

Click on the subscription you’d like to change and scroll to the bottom of the page, you'll find a button that reads "cancel subscription." Click this button and follow the prompts to cancel. Once you have successfully canceled your subscription, you can purchase your new desired subscription plan and tier here.

Note: UrbanStems' Terms & Conditions specify that pre-paid and gift subscriptions are one-time purchases and cannot be refunded or canceled.
