IMPORTANT: Updates can be done up to 7 days before your next scheduled delivery while the order is in “Order Received” status
Accessing Your Subscription:
Log in to your UrbanStems account.
Click on the Subscriptions tab located at the top of the page.
Choose the active subscription you wish to modify.
Updating Recipient Information:
If you’d like to change the delivery address or recipient for the next order in your subscription, update these details under "Shipping Address.”
Click "Edit" to modify the recipient’s name and address.
