IMPORTANT: Your order must be in “We’ve Got Your Order” status to be cancelled. If it is not in that status your order is already being fulfilled and can no longer be cancelled. Click HERE for instructions on how to check your status.
Cancel My Order
Once you’ve confirmed that your order is still in “We’ve got your order status:
Update via Web Form:
Start by filling out the form HERE with your full name and email address.
In the Subject dropdown menu, select “Order Updates”.
In your message, please state that you’d like to cancel your order.
An agent will confirm your cancelation within 24 hours.
Update via Email
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: “Cancel my order.”
Include your order number in the email body
An agent will send a confirmation within 24 hours.
