If you've received a delivery and aren't sure who it's from, here's what to check.

Start with your notecard. If the sender included their name or a gift message when ordering, it will appear on the card included with your delivery. That's the best way to identify who sent it.

No note, or the card was blank? Unfortunately, we're not able to tell you who sent it. To protect our customers' privacy, we only share sender information that was voluntarily included with the gift — so if the sender chose to stay anonymous, we'll honor that. This is true even if you contact our Care team directly; we're not able to look up or confirm sender details.
