- For addresses outside of our DC and NYC bicycle & car courier delivery areas, we now offer next-day delivery!
- We will prep your order and send it out as requested. Delivery will be completed with our shipping partners at FedEx & CDL
- All orders must be placed prior to 2 PM the day before the desired delivery date for next day delivery.
- All orders are final and generally cannot be modified. If you have questions about making changes to your order, please be sure to contact us 48 hours prior to the requested delivery date. Orders cannot be canceled.
- FedEx delivers Tuesday-Friday between 8 AM and 8 PM.
- NOTE: Saturday delivery is available for certain delivery areas, after inputting your address, you will only see available delivery dates.
- FedEx does not allow us to choose a more narrow delivery window at this time, and they do not deliver perishable items Sundays & Mondays.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes or military bases; we must have a physical street address.
- We use a combo of FedEx's different delivery services to best serve deliveries across the Lower 48 States: Ground: Commercial, Ground: Home Delivery, Express: Standard Overnight, Express: Priority Overnight.
- While you are not able to choose the delivery method, we choose the method that will best suit your particular delivery address to ensure that your gift arrives fresh and beautiful!

- FedEx drivers may leave packages at the front door, in the care of a concierge or mailroom, or at a secure pickup location.
