For addresses outside of our hand delivery zones in DC, NYC, and LA, we offer nationwide delivery via one of our shipping partners – FedEx, UPS, or CDL depending on your recipient's postal jurisdiction. Please note: we can only deliver to the 48 contiguous states – we cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, or any other US territories.
- Your order will be prepped and handed off to our shipping partners the day prior to delivery.

All orders must be placed by 2 PM on the day before your desired delivery date.
- Generally, orders are final and cannot be modified. If you have questions about making an update to your order, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your requested delivery date.

Our shipping partners deliver Tuesday - Friday between 8AM and 8PM local time.
- Our shippers CANNOT provide a more narrow delivery window, and do not ship perishables (like flowers) on Sundays or Mondays.
- Note: Saturday delivery is available only to select addresses; after inputting your delivery address on our site, you will only be shown available delivery dates. In other words, if you cannot select a saturday delivery date, it is NOT an option for your delivery address.
- Our Shipping partners CANNOT deliver to PO Boxes or Military Bases. We must have a physical street address; no exceptions can be made.
- Our Shipping partners use a combination of shipping methods (Commercial, Ground, Standard Overnight, Express, etc) to ensure timely delivery. Our site doesn’t allow you to select your shipping method, but we make sure to choose the method that best suits your chosen delivery date and address.
- Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information (Pro-tip: the email will end with @getconvey.com; be sure to check your spam or clutter folders and whitelist the email address in any email filters).
- You can also find tracking information and your order’s current status in your account page. Just sign into your account here: urbanstems.com/login and click “View” next to the words “Order History” near the top of the page. Each order in your order history will display its current status along with a hyperlinked tracking number.
- You can use this link to track the progress of your package and sign up for delivery alerts.
- Delivery drivers may leave packages at the front door, in the care of a doorman or concierge, in a mailroom or at a secure pickup location.
- Drivers determine, at their own discretion, whether there is a secure location to deposit a package. If the recipient is not available and the driver cannot locate a suitable location to deposit the package, they may reschedule the delivery for the following day.
- We are not able to provide any delivery instructions to our shipping partners at this time.
- Once your delivery is complete, we’ll email you a delivery confirmation. Please expect notification and shipping scan delays during busy holiday seasons as shipping volumes increase.
- We ship all nationwide deliveries in sturdy, UrbanStems branded boxes.
