- We hand deliver bouquets and gifts within select zones in Manhattan (below 125th St), parts of Brooklyn and Queens, the DC Metro area, and parts of the Los Angeles metro area.
- Some delivery zones (in DC and NY) offer two delivery windows – in the morning and the afternoon – while others (in Brooklyn, Queens, and LA) may only offer a single delivery window.
- In order to keep our team on the road and everyone’s orders moving, we’re not able to narrow or alter our hand delivery windows.
- Hand Delivery is typically available 7 days a week.

- Upon arrival, our couriers take a photo of the bouquet or package outside the delivery location to confirm that the correct item was delivered at the correct time and place.
- If the delivery is successfully handed off to the recipient, you’ll receive a delivery confirmation email containing the courier’s delivery photo, any delivery notes, and a time stamp.
- If we're unable to coordinate a direct handoff, we will leave the package with the appropriate responsible parties at the location if it is permitted.
- Couriers must follow building protocol and regulations. This means that we CANNOT get past security or front desk, and often we’re redirected to the loading dock or mailroom. In most cases, we’re not able to deliver directly to an upper floor in commercial or office buildings.
- If the building has delivery restrictions, the courier may call you and the recipient to ensure a direct handoff.
- For single-family homes, or apartment buildings, we may leave the flowers at the front door - pending fair weather - or inside the lobby.
