Can I Provide Delivery Instructions for Hand Deliveries?

Yes! For hand deliveries in DC, NYC, or LA you can provide instructions to our couriers in the “Delivery Instructions” field on the checkout page. 

Here are some examples of great delivery instructions. We love messages like:

• Ok to leave at the front door
• For delivery, please use the bottom buzzer
• Additional recipient phone number: 202 - 111 - 1234
• Gate code is: 1234

Though we do our best to ensure every deliver goes exactly as planned, here are some examples of delivery instructions that we cannot accommodate:

• Please call the recipient before the delivery.
  • We can only call upon arrival.
• Please deliver at X:XX time within the window. Or, Please deliver before X:XX time.
  • We cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery within your selected window. 
• Please take a photo of the recipient with the flowers.
  • We can not take photos of people for privacy reasons.
