Why Do You Need the Recipient’s Phone Number? I Want the Delivery to Be a Surprise

It’s actually a common misconception that a phone call from our couriers ruins the surprise! Often it’s the fastest way to get your flowers in your recipient’s hands. 

The real surprise is your gift of a gorgeous bouquet and thoughtful note; we promise your recipient will forget our courier’s call as soon as they have their flowers in hand. Without a phone number, our couriers often have to leave flowers in a mailroom, where they might not be picked up for hours or days. If the building does accept the package, the flowers are at the mercy of the building’s personnel to promptly complete the delivery. This could take several hours or, in some cases, delay the delivery until the next business day.
For a true surprise, we recommend looping in a friend, coworkers, family member, or roommate who can help ensure the flowers are delivered as you intended. Just include their contact information in the delivery instructions and we’ll handle the rest.
