When you gift a subscription, you'll receive emails keeping you (as the customer) in the loop on each delivery.

1. You'll get an order confirmation email before the next delivery date. If you would like to make any edits to your future deliveries, such as change the delivery address or modify the gift message, you can do so through your subscriptions dashboard once you create an account.
2. If you're gifting a subscription to an area where we ship our flowers, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number after the shipper has picked up the package and it's on its way.
   • This email is usually sent the evening prior to the delivery date. NOTE: Please expect notification delays during the holiday period when shipping volumes rise. 
3. After the flowers have been delivered, you'll receive a delivery confirmation email as well. NOTE: Please expect notification delays during the holiday period when shipping volumes rise.
