What Are UrbanStems Account Credits? How do I Use Them?

Account credits are a non-fungible (they have no real world cash value) currency that we sometimes issue to customer accounts. 1 credit = 1 dollar, so if you have 100 credits you effectively have $100 to redeem by placing orders on the UrbanStems website. 

Credits are always associated with specific UrbanStems accounts, so you’ll need to log into your account that has credits available (you can do that here: urbanstems.com/login). If credits were issued to your email but you don’t yet have an account just create an account using the email address to which your credits were issued, and you’ll be able to redeem them when completing the “Checkout” section of your next order. Be sure you're logged into your account during checkout; using Guest Checkout will not allow you to apply your credits. Please note: Credits expire 12 months after the date of issuance. 

Redeeming your credits is optional, so you can either use your credits for your next purchase, or save them for another occasion. To use them, check the "use credits" box at the bottom of the payment section during checkout. You'll see this checkbox below the payment method and boxes where you would input your billing info. The value of your credits will be deducted from your order total, which you'll be able to see on the right side of the page. Any balance not covered by your credits will be charged to the payment method that you have on file.
