I Didn’t Receive My Delivery Photo

• For Hand Deliveries in NYC, DC, and LA, our couriers take photos outside the delivery location to show that the correct item arrived at the right place and the right time. 
• In some instances, they’re unable to take photos due to inclement weather, security restrictions, or tech issues. 
• To protect people’s privacy, we do not take photos of the recipient nor can we honor any requests to do so.
