- The procedure may differ for local vs. nationwide delivery.
- Please ensure that the recipient's name on the order matches the hotel guest's name or the name that the reservation is under. Double-check whether someone is using their maiden name or who the hotel reservation may be under.
- Depending on their security procedures, the concierge/front desk will hold the delivery for guest check-in or place it in the guest’s hotel room.
- Nationwide deliveries for hotels will have an 8 AM to 8 PM delivery window. Depending on hotel policy, FedEx may have to deliver to the hotel's shipping and receiving dock. In some cases, this can cause the recipient to receive your gift several hours after it is delivered to the hotel.
