The short answer is yes! We frequently deliver to hotels. Please be aware that the procedure may differ for hand v. nationwide delivery. When placing your order, please ensure that the recipient’s name matches the hotel guest’s name exactly as registered. Double check whether your recipient may use their maiden name, or if the hotel reservation may have been made by another person.
Depending on the hotel’s security procedures, the concierge or front desk associates may hold the delivery for guest check-in or they may place it in the guest’s room. If you’d like to check the on the hotel’s policies or follow up on a complete delivery, we recommend calling the hotel front desk.
Nationwide deliveries for hotels will have an 8 AM to 8 PM delivery window. Depending on hotel policy, our shipping partners may be directed to the hotel's shipping and receiving dock. In some cases, this can cause the recipient to receive your gift several hours after it is delivered to the hotel.
