- We do our best to deliver directly to the recipient whenever possible!
- Please provide as many phone numbers or points of contact as you have available. We’ll try every number you provide in order to achieve a successful delivery.
- In general, please try to provide direct lines for your recipient. General office numbers are not always reliable when our couriers need to reach out.
- Please note: In most cases, our couriers cannot pass the front desk or building security and most commercial buildings do NOT accept perishable packages on behalf of building residents, unless the recipient receives them directly.
- For business addresses, building policies sometimes require our couriers to leave the delivery in a mailroom or with a building attendant.
- Due to security concerns, some buildings require that the recipient meet the courier in the main lobby to receive the bouquet directly.
- In the cases listed above, our couriers will reach out to the recipient by phone. If they’re unable to reach them, they will reach out to you to reschedule delivery or provide an alternate delivery address.
- We’re happy to make up to two delivery attempts on us, but if a third attempt becomes necessary we ask that you place a new order. We send out fresh bouquets for each delivery attempt that cannot be resold due to our extremely high quality standards. This means we can’t send a third bouquet when we’ve done our due diligence in following delivery protocol and have made two delivery attempts in good faith.
