How Can I Update or Delete My Payment Method on File?

You can update and delete payment methods by logging into your account dashboard here: https://urbanstems.com/login

Once you’ve logged in, you’ll see your account dashboard. On the right side of the page will be a column containing your order history, payment methods, and some other information. You can add a new payment method by clicking “Add New Card” or “Add New Paypal Account,” and entering the appropriate information.

If you need to delete or erase old cards, click “View” next to the word “Payment” and you’ll see a list of your vaulted payment methods. If you click the “X” icon next to any of the listed payment methods, you’ll be able to delete them.
