The note was missing or the wrong note was delivered

A gift isn’t complete without your thoughtful words. Our Message cards are included in the white envelope labeled "For You", alongside a card with care instructions for your gift.
Please check this envelope for the Message card.
If you have received a delivery locally from one of our couriers your bouquet will arrive in one of our signature totes, your envelope will be safely nestled in the front flap of the tote (pictured below).
If you have confirmed the note was incorrect or missing, then please send a photo of the envelope and materials received to our Happiness Team at care@urbanstems.com so we can make things right!
