If you previously had an UrbanStems account but are unable to access it and “Forgot Password” doesn’t work, follow this guide to reactivate your account. This article includes step-by-step instructions along with visuals for a seamless activation process.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Navigate to the Login Page
Visit the UrbanStems Login Page on your preferred browser.
If you attempt to sign in but are unable to access your account, locate the "Activate Account" button under the "Forgot Password" link (see image below):
Step 2: Click on "Activate Account"
Select the "Activate Account" button. This will redirect you to the account activation page.
Step 3: Set Your Password
On the account activation page, you will be prompted to create a new password for your account.
Enter your password in the "Password" field and confirm it in the "Confirm Password" field.
Ensure your password meets the required security standards.

Step 4: Submit Your Activation Request
Once you’ve entered and confirmed your new password, click the "Submit" button.
You should see a confirmation message indicating that your account has been successfully activated.
Troubleshooting
Issue: Activation Link Expired
If your previous activation link (sent via email) has expired, the new "Activate Account" button allows you to bypass the email and reactivate your account directly.
Issue: Forgot Password?
If you’ve forgotten your password during the process, use the "Forgot Password" option to reset it.
