For Hand Deliveries, our couriers take photos outside the delivery location to show that the correct item arrived at the right place and the right time.
In some instances, they’re unable to take photos due to inclement weather, security restrictions, or tech issues.
To protect privacy, we do not take photos of the recipient nor can we honor any requests to do so.
If you did not receive your delivery confirmation photo, please reach out to the Happiness Team HERE to open a claim and we will connect with the courier team to investigate!
