Cancel My Order
Once you’ve confirmed that your order is still in “We’ve got your order status:
Update via Web Form:
Click HERE to open the claim form.
In the dropdown menu, select “Update or Cancel my order.”
From the “Update my order” dropdown, choose “Cancel my order”
Complete the other required fields.
An agent will confirm your new delivery date within 24 hours.
Update via Email:
If you cannot access the claim form, send an email to email@example.com with the subject line: “Cancel my order.”
Include your order number in the email body
An agent will send a confirmation within 24 hours.
