Update My Delivery Date
Update via Web Form:
Click HERE to open the claim form.
In the dropdown menu, select “Update or Cancel my order.”
Enter your email address.
From the “Update my order” dropdown, choose “Change the date of my delivery.”
Specify your preferred delivery date.
For next day deliveries, changes cannot be made after 2pm EST.
For nationwide shipping orders, deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday only.
An agent will confirm your new delivery date within 24 hours.
Update via Email:
Send an email to care@urbanstems.com with the subject “Update My Delivery Date.”
Include your order number and preferred new delivery date in the email body.
An agent will send a confirmation within 24 hours.
Update My Gift Message
Message Limitations:
Gift messages are limited to 160 characters.
No emojis or special characters are allowed.
Update via Web Form:
Click HERE to access the claim form.
In the dropdown, select “Update or Cancel my order.”
Provide your email address.
In the “Update my order” dropdown, choose “Change the gift message included with my delivery.”
Enter your order number and new gift message.
An agent will confirm your update within 24 hours.
Update via Email:
Email care@urbanstems.com with the subject “Update my gift message.”
Include your order number and the updated message in the email body.
You will receive a confirmation from an agent within 24 hours.
Update Recipient’s Info
Update via Web Form:
Click HERE to open the claim form.
Make sure that “Update or Cancel my order” is selected in the first dropdown.
Enter your email address.
From the “Update my order” dropdown, choose “Change my recipient's delivery info.”
Input the order number.
Input the new or updated shipping address for your order.
An agent will confirm your new delivery date within 24 hours.

Remove an Item From My Order
Update via Web Form:

Make sure that “Update or Cancel my order” is selected in the first dropdown.
Enter your email address.
From the “Update my order” dropdown, choose “Remove an item from my order.”
Input the name of the item you would like to have removed from the order
Input the order number.
An agent will review your request and respond within 24hrs.
