Accessing Your Subscription:
Visit http://urbanstems.com/login and log into your account.
Click on "subscriptions" located at the top left of the page.
Choose the active subscription you wish to modify.
Updating Recipient Information:
Click “edit” next to the delivery address or recipient information.
Enter the new recipient's name and address.
Click “save changes.”
A prompt will ask if the change is for the next delivery only or all future deliveries.
Select the option that fits your needs.
