Though we always do our best to avoid it, UrbanStems reserves the right to issue time sensitive upgrades. Occasionally, we're notified that an order cannot be fulfilled as written, but the news comes too close to our fulfillment cutoff times to reach out to our customer. In order to ensure that the order arrives on time, we issue an upgrade and ship a bouquet of equal or higher retail value instead of the original selection. We understand how important a timely delivery is, whether it's for a special occasion or just to send love and we do all we can to ensure our orders arrive on time.
