Our delivery fees depend on your recipient's address and the delivery location.
Within our hand delivery zones (in DC, NYC, and LA), delivery costs $10 - $20 USD per order. You can check whether your order is eligible for hand delivery by following the steps outlined here.
For orders being shipped nationwide, shipping fees range between $15 and $30 USD, depending on the recipient's address and the shipping method selected. We ship nationwide deliveries via ground and express shipping. We may also ship directly from one of our farms.
At checkout, you will be presented with all available shipping options for your order. If there are multiple options available for delivery, you will see them displayed by delivery date and price. Keep in mind, a less costly delivery method may mean that your order arrives later than you initially requested. Additionally, if you only see one shipping method presented at checkout, that indicates that it is the only available delivery method for your recipient's address. Our Happiness team is not able to update the shipping method after order placement.
Some orders may be eligible for Free Shipping, if they meet our free shipping price threshold. You can check whether your order is eligible for Free Shipping by adding items to your shopping cart, then clicking the cart icon at the top right corner of our website. If your order meets the free shipping minimum, you'll see the following message at the top of your cart:
If your order does not meet our minimum for Free Shipping, you'll see the following message that will let you know what additional amount you would need to spend to qualify:
Please note: using loyalty point rewards, or promo codes, discount codes, or referral codes that decrease the total price of your order may bring the total below the threshold for free shipping, and you may need to pay a shipping fee to complete your order. In general, we recommend using these rewards and codes on orders that do not qualify for free shipping.
