I have great news! This is an easy fix. 

Just log in to your UrbanStems account here: urbanstems.com/login. Then, 

• You'll find yourself on your account home page. 
• Click "View" next to the words "Order History" near the top right side of the page.
• This will redirect you to your order history. 
• From here, identify the order that you need a confirmation or receipt for, and click "view" next to the order number. 
• This will bring you to the order detail page. 
• On this page, you'll notice the word "print" next to a printer icon near the "Receipt" heading at the top. 
• Clicking this print button will allow you to print or download a new copy of your order confirmation, which serves as a receipt.
  • This receipt contains all the same information as our order confirmation emails, your order number, the selected product, pricing information, the gift message, the shipping method, and the delivery date.

If you checked out as a guest, please email your order number to care@urbanstems.com. A member of our Happiness team will locate your order and resend the confirmation email shortly.
