- Light: Pilea Peperomioides (AKA Chinese Money Plant) prefers moderate to bright light
- Ideal placement would be near a South facing window, set back 1 - 2’ from the window
- Leaves folding outward or showing a lumpy texture are an indication of too much sun
- Water: when the top 2 inches of soil are nearly dry to the touch
- Any moss atop the soil is decorative and can be pulled aside to test the soil for moisture
- Pilea Peperomioides are pet friendly
- Note: “Money plant” is a colloquial name – these are NOT related to the Money Tree (Pachira Aquatica, or Guiana Chestnut plant)
