- This is a sturdy plant and is easy to care for – a great “beginner plant”
- Light: Pothos (Epipremnum Aureum) tolerate a variety of light levels from low to bright, indirect light.
- For varieties with variegation (bright streaks on the leaves) like golden pothos or marble queen pothos the brighter the light in the room, the more pronounced the plants variegation will be.
- Water when the top 2 - 3 inches of soil are dry to the touch. Pothos are hardy and can tolerate becoming quite dry between waterings.
- Pothos may also begin to appear wilted which indicates that they need water right away
- This planter does not have drainage
- Pothos are toxic if ingested – not pet safe
- Pothos are also sometimes called “Devil’s Ivy” because of how hardy they are
