Do You Offer Bulk Discounts? How Can I Contact Your Corporate Gifting Team?

Thank you for your interest in placing a bulk order with UrbanStems! We can offer 10% flat discounts on bulk order requests that meet specific requirements for volume and fulfillment timelines. Those criteria are detailed below: 

1. Your order should consist of between 25 and 75 units from our Core Bouquet Collection (I’ve linked them all below so you can check them out!), as only these items are available in bulk. All four bouquets are eligible for sale as “Double” bouquets and you have the option to include a glass vase with each for an additional $12 USD.

   2. The Unicorn
   3. The Verona
   4. The Juliet
2. Your desired delivery date falls a minimum of 3 calendar weeks after the date of order placement (we need this 3 week lead time to secure the inventory for your order).
3. You can pay by credit card at time of purchase (at the moment, we can’t offer invoice payments).
4. You can submit a full list of your recipients, including full addresses, at least 3 weeks prior to your requested delivery date. (The reason being we can only provide a finalized quote when we have all your recipient addresses as shipping and tax calculations depend on the recipient's postal jurisdiction.)
5. You’re able to submit your recipient list via our Google Sheet order form. Unfortunately, we can’t support orders submitted via Microsoft Excel sheets. 
6. You don’t require an itemized receipt for your order. Our secure payment processing system can only produce receipts with summary charges.
