How Can I Change the Tier of My Subscription Plan?

If you'd like to change the tier of your subscription (for example, you want to upgrade from a Seasonal to Luxe plan), we'll cancel your original subscription, then ask you to purchase a new plan. 

All you need to do is email care@urbanstems.com with the email that you used to purchase the original subscription, and we’ll cancel your original subscription. Then just purchase your new desired subscription plan and tier here: https://urbanstems.com/subscriptions.
