If you'd like to pause your subscription, reschedule your next delivery, change the card message, update the delivery address, or update payment method, simply log in to your UrbanStems account here: urbanstems.com/login and click "subscriptions" at the top left of the page. From there, navigate to the active subscription you want to update and you'll see fields for upcoming delivery dates, delivery address, card message, and payment method. You can make changes until 7 days prior to your next subscription delivery.
- To pause your subscription or change the date of an upcoming delivery - click reschedule, select the next date when you'd like your delivery then click save changes.
- To update the delivery address - click edit and enter a new address. Then, click save changes.
- To update the card message - click edit, enter your new message, select whether it should apply to all future deliveries or only the upcoming delivery. Then, click save changes.
- To change your payment method - click edit, and enter new card details. Then click save changes.
If you'd like to cancel your subscription -
- For ongoing subscriptions, you can cancel by navigating to the "subscriptions" section of your account page as detailed above. Under the payment summary section, you'll see a "cancel subscription" button. Click it and follow the prompts.
- For Prepaid (fixed) subscriptions (with a limited number of deliveries), our care team can cancel the subscription for you. Just send an email to email@example.com and include the email address that you used to place the subscription order.
