Once you’ve logged into your account, you can access several important functions and pieces of information!
- View and edit your address book - here you can see the list of addresses that you’ve sent deliveries to in the past; you can also update addresses for any recipients that have moved or changed addresses.

Update your account password
- Note: You cannot edit your account’s associated email address; to do this, you’ll need to create a new account with your updated email address.

Review your order history
- You can review individual orders to confirm the item(s) ordered, recipient information, and more

Check Order Status and Obtain Tracking Information
- By clicking “View” next to the words “Order History” near the top of the page, you can see all your recent orders. Each order will display its current status and a hyperlinked tracking number (if shipping nationwide). Just click that number to view the current shipping updates for your order.
- Here’s what the order’s status means:
- “We’ve Got Your Order” - your order is logged in our system and we will take care of it! At this point, we can still accommodate changes to your order.
- “We’re Working On it” - We’ve begun to prepare your order for shipping! At this point, your order is final and no further or cancellations or changes can be made.
- “It’s On Its Way” - We’ve passed your order to our hand delivery teams or our shipping partners and they’re going to see it to its destination.
- “Delivered” - Your order has been delivered! You can check the tracking link (if applicable) for photo confirmation of delivery and signature information. If your order was hand-delivered, you’ll receive a photo confirmation via email.

Check your Loyalty Program Status and point balance

Add, Remove, or Update your vaulted payment methods
- Once you’ve logged in, you’ll see your account dashboard. On the right side of the page will be a column containing your order history, payment methods, and some other information. You can add a new payment method by clicking “Add New Card” or “Add New Paypal Account,” and entering the appropriate information.
- If you need to delete or erase old cards, click “View” next to the word “Payment” and you’ll see a list of your vaulted payment methods. If you click the “X” icon next to any of the listed payment methods, you’ll be able to delete them.

Manage your active Subscriptions
- Clicking the subscriptions button under the “Welcome to Your Account!” message will redirect you to a new page where you can do the following -
- Change the date of your next subscription delivery (up to 7 days prior to delivery)
- Edit the recipient’s information and address
- Change the payment information associated with your subscription
- Edit your card message (for the next delivery or all deliveries)
- Clicking the subscriptions button under the “Welcome to Your Account!” message will redirect you to a new page where you can do the following -
