How do I Unsubscribe from Promotional Emails or Texts?

To unsubscribe from email communications, scroll to the bottom of any UrbanStems promotional email and you’ll see a message reading “You can unsubscribe from this list.” Click the word unsubscribe and you’ll be able to update your communication preferences to reduce the number of emails you receive or to unsubscribe completely.

To unsubscribe from text or SMS communications, simply reply “STOP” to the most recent text communication that you’ve received and you will be unsubscribed. You’ll receive a notification message that you have been unsubscribed successfully.
