To check whether we’re able to make a change to your order, log into your account here: urbanstems.com/login and click "View" next to the words "Order History" at the top of the page. If the order that you wish to update shows the status "We've Got Your Order," we can still accept modifications. Just email your order number and desired updates to care@urbanstems.com. If the status is "We're Working On It" or "It's On Its Way," your order is locked and cannot be changed further.
