How Can I Track My Order (for Nationwide Delivery)?

You can find your tracking information in 2 places:

1. Once your package is handed off to our shipping partners, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. This will typically happen the evening before your scheduled delivery (Pro-tip: the sending email will end with @getconvey.com; be sure to check your spam or clutter folders and whitelist the email address in any email filters). The tracking email will contain a tracking number (linked to a tracking page where you can check delivery status and scan updates). You can also sign up for email and text notifications on this tracking page. 
2. You can also find order status updates and tracking information in your account dashboard. Simply log into your account here: urbanstems.com/login and then click “View” next to the words “Order History” near the top of the page. Each order will display its current status, and orders for nationwide delivery will display a tracking number. By clicking that tracking number, you’ll be redirected to a tracking page with real time scan updates for that order.
